All Rise K12 storage solutions are backed by a 10-year frame and 3-year electrical warranty. The limited warranty includes unlimited technical support. The 3-year extended warranty starts after the fulfillment of the initial 10-year warranty. Certain exclusions apply. Exclusions include ordinary wear and tear, acts of God, damage caused by improper maintenance, unauthorized repair attempts, or product that has been altered in an unauthorized way, and any elected services on the storage solution (for example, printed logos). The warranty is voided upon the transfer of ownership by the original purchaser. The warranty is limited to the useful life of the storage solution and as long as Rise K12 offers a like-kind product. Rise K12 reserves the right to replace customer’s storage solution with the most like-kind replacement available in Rise K12’s inventory at the time of the replacement. The warranty is only valid in the contiguous United States.
